Account Executive
Description:
- Generate new sales revenues through new and current product offerings within an assigned Territory
- Responsible for attainment of monthly and yearly revenue goals
- Provide monthly Sales Forecasts for the assigned Territory
- Maintain a customer renewal rate consistent with the National average
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through training events and customer support
- Support the National Sales Goals through local and national events and conventions
- Generate and maintain strong business relationships with the representatives of the local Board of Realtors and MLSs
Requirements:
- Proven success in selling multiple products
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated
- Computer literacy/familiarity with MS Word/Excel/Internet
- Real Estate experience a plus!
